From April through October, our shores provide important nesting habitat for threatened and endangered sea turtles. Give nesting turtles and hatchlings a greater chance of survival by following a few simple tips.

Sharks are important for keeping our coastal ecosystem in balance, but these misunderstood species are often mishandled. You can protect our vulnerable shark populations by practicing safe shore fishing techniques.
